PAYMENT METHOD
MuuYer provides secure payment options for qualifying orders delivered to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. The payment methods available for a particular order will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Available Payment Options
Depending on availability at checkout, customers may pay using:
- Credit cards displayed as supported during checkout
- PayPal
- Venmo, when offered through PayPal
Credit card transactions may be handled by Oceanpayment. PayPal transactions, including eligible Venmo payments, are processed through PayPal.
Payment Security
SSL/TLS encryption is used during checkout to help safeguard information transmitted while placing an order.
Payment details are sent directly to the third-party payment provider selected by the customer. MuuYer does not retain complete credit card numbers or CVV security codes on its own systems.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once payment has been submitted successfully, an order confirmation containing the purchase details should be sent to the customer by email.
Every order remains subject to product availability and verification of the applicable order price, as further described in our Terms of Service.
If the confirmation email does not arrive, customers should first review their spam or junk folder. If it still cannot be found, please contact the MuuYer customer service team for assistance.
Refund Method and Processing Time
All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Customers will generally receive an approved refund within 6 calendar days after the relevant refund requirement has been satisfied or an eligible cancellation has been approved. This estimated period includes processing by both MuuYer and the applicable payment provider.
MuuYer submits an approved refund within 3 calendar days after the relevant refund condition is met. Once submitted, the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider will typically require an additional 1–3 calendar days to post the funds to the customer’s account.
