We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, non-contiguous regions, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Orders with unsupported shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Most orders arrive within approximately 22–33 business days, including 2–5 business days for preparation and 20–28 business days for transit.

MuuYer provides free standard shipping on qualifying orders delivered to supported addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

If your order arrives damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact MuuYer within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery.

Issues reported within this 30-day period will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, reship the order, issue a full or partial refund, or arrange another solution with you.

Manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects discovered after the 30-day delivery issue period may be reviewed under our Warranty Policy the product remains within its applicable warranty period.
